About Us

At Holistic Haven Wellness, we believe wellness grows in spaces that feel safe, intentional, and whole... where joy, pleasure, connection, and humanity are welcome. By integrating scientific knowledge with body-based and ancestral practices, we support embodied, holistic care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

Founded by Meredith White, Holistic Haven Wellness is a collaborative community space bringing together wellness professionals, natural products, education, and creativity under one roof. Meredith is also the founder of Owl Eye Somatics -- www.owleyesoamtics.com - offering somatic and holistic wellness services rooted in nervous system support and embodied healing.

Our wellness collective includes physical therapist Shawn Furr and cosmetologists Bailey Billings and Jacey Baker, creating a space where therapeutic care, beauty, and holistic wellness come together.

We proudly carry wellness and lifestyle products from Carley’s Wellness Collective - Rowe Casa Organics & Earthley Wellness - with products from Soul Matters, Owl Eye Somatics, and additional natural hair care and wellness brands.

Beyond services and products, Holistic Haven Wellness is a gathering place for community connection. We host classes, workshops, and wellness gatherings designed to educate, inspire, and support holistic living. Our walls are also filled with artwork and photography from talented local artists, helping create a warm, creative, and community-centered environment for all who enter.
